Raising Flags and Kudos

Starfish Flags and Kudos are Raised Two Ways:

1. Progress Surveys

  • Progress surveys are deployed at the 20% point of the term and sent to your Canvas account
  • You will receive an email reminding you to complete a flag survey for your courses

2. Manually

  • Click on the Starfish link in Canvas to manually raise flags and kudos at any time during the semester.
  • Referrals to campus offices are not on progress surveys and must be raised manually.  Click here to see step-by-step instructions on raising a referral.
