FALL 2020 COVID-19 PARKING UPDATE (November 2020)
Beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2020, free parking will be made available on a first-come, first-serve basis for all Faculty, Staff, and Registered Students.
The Bonnell Lot will be open and available Monday - Friday for all Faculty, Staff, and Registered Students that have a need to come to campus. Individuals who wish to utilize the Bonnell Lot should adhere to the following:
- Ensure that you have your College ID as your ID will be required to enter/exit
- No outside/guest parking will be permitted
Daily Parking on Main Campus (Refer to FALL 2020 COVID-19 PARKING UPDATE)
Parking at the Main Garage on Main Campus is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that it is not unusual for the Main Garage to be at full capacity by 8:15 a.m. on weekdays.
Daily Parking Rates
For students and employees who pay with their Lion Card funds, the rates are:
- Monday-Friday when entering before 5:00 p.m., $5.50
- Monday-Friday when entering at 5:00 p.m. or later, $3.50
- Saturday $3.50
For customers who pay with cash or credit card the rates are:
- Monday-Friday when entering before 5:00 p.m., $6.00
- Monday-Friday when entering at 5:00 p.m. or later, $4.00
- Saturday $4.00
Daily Parking Hours
Fall and Spring Semester Main Garage Hours
- Monday-Thursday, 6:30 a.m.-11:00 p.m., when classes are scheduled
- Friday, 6:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m., when classes are scheduled
- Saturday, 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., when classes are scheduled
- Closed Sunday
Summer Semester Main Garage Hours
- Monday-Thursday, 6:30 a.m.-11:00 p.m., when classes are scheduled
- Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Inter-session
- Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.- 8:30p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday when the College is open for business but there are no classes or exams

Students can pay for term parking ($335 per semester) in the CBI Garage only. Limited spots are available.
Employee Parking
Street Parking
Street parking is available along most major streets that run through and around Main Campus, including 16th, 17th, 18th, Callowhill and Spring Garden streets. These spots fill quickly and are subject to posted meter or kiosk hourly rates.
Regional Center Parking
The Northeast Regional Center offers spacious, adjoining lots for ample parking at no charge. Preferred spots are available for hybrid vehicles. Dedicated, onsite parking is also available at the Northwest Regional Center. The West Regional Center has limited dedicated parking with street parking for overflow.
