 (and the end of 2.1: Assessing Learning Progress). 
 
This no-pressure format means read it all if you can, read none if you can't, or anything in between. 
It is only about 18 pages so I'll encourage you to at least look it over as time allows. I will have information and questions ready for our discussion.

Healthy Habits Event

  • Taste some quick and healthy snack options prepared by Culinary Arts students  
  • Learn some easy "eat this instead of that" swaps to improve your diet
  • Try some 60 second physical challenge workouts that can be done almost anywhere
  • Pick up a free copy of the book!
Faculty and staff will talk to you about healthy habits surrounding food, diet, exercise and money/financial basics.
In Heavy, the author shares his struggles with an eating disorder, diet, weight and exercise. Our conversations are designed to address topics in the book through support, education and awareness.
 
Free copies of the book are available at the Main Campus Library circulation desk.
