Full-Time Faculty For Full-Time Faculty earning between $60,000-$80,000, the faculty member will contribute $10.35 per paycheck for single health care coverage and $20.69 per paycheck for family health care coverage in the 2018-2019 year, and $16.81 per paycheck for single health care coverage and $33.62 per paycheck for family health care coverage in the final year of the contract, 2020-2021. Adjunct Faculty College will pay 50% of medical premium for single coverage for Adjuncts with at least 2 seniority units and less than 8 seniority units; College will pay 75%of medical premium for single coverage for Adjuncts with 8 or more seniority units(generally 4 years of service) |
Full-Time Faculty Full-Time Faculty hired before July 1, 2011, contribute 8.5% of premium for Keystone Plan and 12.5% of premium for PPO (Personal Choice); Full-Time Faculty hired after July 1, 2011, contribute 8.5% for Keystone and must pay full difference to buy-up to Personal Choice for PPO; Same rates apply regardless of salary (By way of example: 12.5% of CCP's premium for PPO Family Coverage = $3,261.67 or $125.45 per paycheck) Adjunct Faculty Adjunct pays 100%; College provides an annual fund of $67,000 for all adjuncts to seek reimbursement for health care costs |

Full-Time Faculty For Full-Time Faculty, contributions range from 4%-10% of the medical premium tiered to wages. Faculty between $60,000 and $80,000 pay 6% of the medical premium.
