Enrollment in the College’s Tuition Payment Plan for Spring 2023 will be available ONLINE via the MyCCP portal beginning November 18, 2022. Enhancements include more payment options, and financial aid and company billing is included when calculating the payment schedule and the option to enroll in automatic payments. Students interested in enrolling can login to MyCCP and select the "Enroll in a/View Your Payment Plan" link under the Financial Services. Learn more about the Tuition Payment Plan. The College is providing this FAQ to the College community regarding the monkeypox outbreak, which was declared a public health emergency by the White House on August 4, 2022. Although the risk of getting monkeypox is low to the general public, and the College is not aware of any cases within the College community, it is still important to know about monkeypox symptoms, prevention, and steps to take if you get sick.
What are the symptoms of monkeypox?
Symptoms of monkeypox can include fever, headache, muscle aches and backache, swollen lymph nodes, chills, exhaustion, respiratory symptoms, and a rash that can look like pimples or blisters and may be painful or itchy.
Enrollment in the College’s Tuition Payment Plan for Summer 2022 is available online beginning April 4, 2022. The payment plan takes into consideration pending financial aid and company billing when calculating the plan amount. The payment plan also offers the option to enroll in automatic payments. Students interested in enrolling can log into MyCCP and click on the "Enroll in a/View Your Payment Plan" link under the Financial Services channel. Free Booster Shots
Need your booster shot? The College and SunRay Pharmacies are hosting a booster clinic on Jan. 11 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Athletics Center on Main Campus. Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson boosters will be available for faculty, staff, and students.
Pre-registration is required, and participation is optional.
For your appointment, please:
- Wear a T-shirt underneath your winter clothing
- Bring your ID, Medical Insurance Card (if you have one) and CDC/Vaccination Record Card
Online enrollment in the College’s Tuition Payment Plan for Spring 2022 will begin November 18, 2021. Please note that you must enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan before the due date on your bill.
Payment Plan Options:

ESL Institute Spring 2022 Information Sessions
All students who are interested in enrolling in spring 2022 ESL Institute courses are encouraged to join us for an information session. We will discuss the ESL institute classes, testing and registration process. Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance in order to ensure you receive the Zoom link.
- You should follow your Tuesday class schedule; and
- The majority of classes are still (temporarily) virtual.
As we continue to keep your health and safety in mind, we recently announced that we won’t get to see many of you in person until Oct. 18, when courses will be offered in their original format (hybrid or in person), as listed on your class schedule. If you registered for online classes, there are no changes to your schedule.
