Paying for College
At Community College of Philadelphia, paying for college doesn't have to be a struggle. The Financial Aid Office offers various resources to help you apply for and get your aid, and the College's Tuition Payment Plan offers a convenient way to pay your bill.

All general inquiries should be directed to , including requests to set up a phone or Zoom conversation with a Bursar’s Office team member. However, if you are unable to complete your transaction online and require an in-person visit, limited Main Campus appointments are available beginning Monday, August 3, 2020. Appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays between noon and 6 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Thursdays between noon and 5 p.m.
Student Billing Statements
Community College of Philadelphia does not issue paper bills. Electronic bills are available by logging on to the MyCCP portal. Students will receive an email directing them to login when a new bill is available. Students can sign up to receive text alerts as well. Additionally, students may create an Authorized Payer (AP) who can also be notified by email when bills are available.

Q: I’m receiving calls and emails saying my tuition is due, don’t I have until the 31st to enroll in the payment plan?
A: Enrollment in the Tuition Payment Plan must be completed before the due date on your bill. If your bill is due before the 31st of the month, then your payment plan enrollment must be completed by the due date on your bill.
Q: What are the advantages of enrolling in the College's Tuition Payment Plan?
A: Consider enrolling in the payment plan to break up your tuition payments. The plan is available for fall, spring and summer terms. To take full advantage of the plan and maximize the plan’s potential to spread payments over time, begin paying in July for the fall semester, November for the spring semester and April for the summer semester.
Tax Form 1098-T
Tax Form 1098-T is now available for tax year 2019 and prior years if required. Login to MyCCP, select the Student tab, open the Financial Services link and select Tax notification at the bottom. Enter the Tax Year 2019 to retrieve the most current 1098-T on file. The forms will be made available annually by January 31.

What is a 1098-T anyway?
A 1098-T form is the information return that colleges and universities are required to issue to students and the IRS. Its purpose is to determine a student's potential eligibility for the American Opportunity Credit and Lifetime Learning education tax credits.
How may I obtain a copy of my 1098-T?
Login to MyCCP and in the Financial Services channel, click on the Tax Notification link and enter the year 2019 to retrieve the most current 1098-T on file.
