How do I reset my student password

Students must report to the IT Support Center in room B2-38 and provide their Student ID as verification of their identity to have their password reset. This includes MyCCP & Student E-mail services.

How do I reset my faculty or staff account password

Faculty and staff should use the Password Reset Portal to reset their password for access to MyCCP, AD, OWA (Office 365), Voicemail, Banner, Hyperion-Brio, BDMS. (https://passwordreset.ccp.edu/default.aspx)

In person changes can be assisted via Support Center at 4ITSupport@ccp.edu or call (215) 496-6000, option 1 for further assistance. User must provide an employee ID number and will be asked to verify their identity.

Faculty and Staff will receive an email messages reminding them that their password is about to expire. This warning is an auto-generated notification.
