First-time college students and continuing students in good academic standing

• First-time students are students who have never attended another college or university, and have not earned previous college credits. 
• Continuing students are students currently enrolled in courses or those who were enrolled in courses within the past two years

If you are not a first-time college student or are on academic probation:

• New transfer students and readmit students (those who have not enrolled in courses at CCP for more than two years) should contact the Counseling Department
• Continuing students on academic probation should contact the Counseling Department
• Guest/visiting students should follow the process on our Guest Students Information Page

• Identifying program requirements
• Helping students explore goals, interests and potential majors
• Discussing concerns about academic performance
• Helping students learn about College resources and services, course selection and registration procedures, and policies and deadlines
• Creating academic and graduation plans

Monday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (Closed on Fridays in the summer)
