Roberto Lugo is a native Philadelphian of Puerto Rican heritage who has gained a national reputation as a multi-media visual artist. His artistic venue, inspired by his personal struggles, combines painting, porcelain. spoken word, video, hip hop, history, and pop culture. He has just returned to Philadelphia where he has been hired as Professor of Art at Temple/Tyler.

He will demonstrate his art in a multi-media presentation, open to all at the College, on Thursday, October 12 at 12:30 in the Great Hall.
