Alexey Rodriguez and Magia Lopez are two members of the Cuban band Obsesion. They will discuss their role in the hip hop movement in Cuba since the 1990s.

Mr. Rodriguez has been active in demonstrating hiphop’s role as an expression of Cuban culture and has integrated the work of rappers with that of painters, sculptors, poets and dancers.

While this event is not a performance, they will offer samples of their work.
