Seminar Description 

What are the key elements to a harmonious workplace setting? Participants will discuss why issues of safety and wellness, communication, flexibility and compromise, and multicultural awareness are important factors to the success of the employee, department, and organization. Participants will identify key elements required to cultivate a harmonious workplace and will learn tools to improve skills to communicate, compromise, negotiate, and maintain safety and wellness in the workplace.
