As part of the "Anti-Racist College" initiative, representatives of Gold Enterprises, LLC will facilitate modules entitled Anti-Racist Fundamentals and Anti-Racist Pedagogy. The modules introduce CCP's unique perspectives on anti-racism across the College, including important definitions, necessary mindset shifts, and a commitment to antiracism that requires continuous improvement and psychological safety. The also deliver a high-level, step-wise guide that provides faculty with resources to approach their classroom content and delivery with an anti-racist lens. The framework -- created with academic freedom in mind -- provides anti-racist tools to prioritize meaningful and intentional choices in the classroom.
