This session will show how organizations can perpetuateracism and oppression, recognize colleges and universities as social systems bending to the same pressures as any organization, and realize how higher education is not sheltered from racist policies, practices, and behaviors, and engage in ongoing self-reflection on how e can interrupt racism in small and large ways.
