Participants will:

• Learn about the free online program Perusall, and how to integrate it into their teaching. 

Seminar Description
Attendees will become acquainted with Perusall, a free social annotation tool that integrates with Canvas. With the ability to annotate and discuss assigned materials with classmates, Perusall encourages students to interact more deeply with assignments. It is available for a variety of course materials, including books, articles, web pages, videos, and podcasts. The application allows instructors to assign readings, monitor student progress, give feedback, and develop assignments and discussion topics. Integrating Perusall into their courses will help instructors to increase student engagement and learning outcomes.
