Seminar Description
Students are in a conundrum. They can't get jobs without experience, but they can’t get experience without a job. There is an obvious gap between being employable and being employed for college students and the College's ability to remove these barriers for our students is one of our number one priorities to prepare them for the workforce. To help our students prepare for future employment and our employers with identifying their future talent, the Career Connections Department created an experiential learning program for CCP students to connect them to the world of work and to provide employers with an opportunity to customize their experiential learning program participation to meet their recruitment needs. The Experiential Learning Employer Partnership Program (ELEPP) was designed to give students access to experiential learning opportunities in their field of study and give employers the opportunity to preview their future talent.
