As a result of this exercies, you can learn to achieve the following:

  • How to better release your stress & anxiety
  • Improve your digestive system
  • Become more conscientious of how you breathe, helping you get in touch with your inner self
  • Create a peaceful mind which can result in a more balanced self; mentally, emotionally, and psychologically

No experience necessary. All Faculty, Staff, & Students are welcome!
