Tai Chi & Breathing Exercise
Join Counselor Wataru Nishida every Thursday starting July 16th through to August 13th
As a result of this exercise, you can learn to achieve the following:
- How to better release your stress
- Take your mind off your anxiety
- Improve your digestive system
- Become more conscientious in how you breathe, helping you get in touch with your inner self
- Create a peaceful mind which can result in a more balanced inner self; mentally emotionally and psychologically
