Tai Chi & Breathing Exercise

Join Counselor Wataru Nishida every Thursday starting July 16th through to August 13th

As a result of this exercise, you can learn to achieve the following:

  • How to better release your stress
  • Take your mind off your anxiety
  • Improve your digestive system
  • Become more conscientious in how you breathe, helping you get in touch with your inner self
  • Create a peaceful mind which can result in a more balanced inner self; mentally emotionally and psychologically
