Stress Management & Meditation: Wellness Workshop

We all experience stress at different times. It can be heightened by many things, such as: family issues, work challenges, college deadlines, midterms and finals. The goal of this workshop is to heighten your awareness of the mind/body/spirit connection and give you some practical tools to reduce stress, and help you feel better mentally and physically.

We will discuss different forms of meditation and do some practical exercises.
