Chill Out: Wellness Workshop

Final exams = Stress. Chill out with us in this active workshop where we will explore some unique techniques to reduce stress, such as: coloring/art therapy, dancing, gratitude journaling, aromatherapy, eating certain snacks, etc. Small snacks will be provided to attendees. Learn to chillax so you can ace those finals.
