You Need a Strategy for Digital Merchandising

The pandemic has refocused our attention on our digital presence and strategies. It can be hard to reexamine your business from a digital perspective when we are so used to working with customers face-to-face. This workshop will explore your overall digital strategy and KPI’s, outlining how you strategically plan your day to fit in a digital model. We will also examine your business and alignment, based on your brand and customer, to target the most effective digital channels. Businesses will gain a critical perspective and tools to engage with customers in a digital space. Remember: Just because Instagram exists, doesn’t mean you need an Instagram account!
