Set you sights on a career in vision care with the Ophthalmic Technician proficiency certificate. You will learn how to conduct vision tests, examinations, and eye and vision care procedures; record patient histories; complete bookkeeping tasks; and process insurance claims. Offered through a partnership with The Eye Institute of Salus University, this program is offered at the College’s Northwest Regional Center with some classes held at the Eye Institute.
