1. Gain an understanding of the IRD process at the college
2. Become more aware of the supports that exist within the college for their graduate study
3. Acquire knowledge about different graduate programs in the area

Program Description:
This group is for Staff, Administrators and Faculty at the Community College of Philadelphia whom are or planning to pursue terminal degrees. This group is a place for support and knowledge sharing. Each of our journeys is different, but many of our struggles are the same. No-one can do this alone, and if we can support each other in this process, the outcome will benefit all of us individually and CCP collectively. We will also discuss the IRB process for CCP and various Graduate Programs in the area.
