DESCRIPTION:This interactive workshop is designed specifically for student-
 athletes and explores the foundations of healthy relationships\, effective
  communication\, boundaries\, consent\, and respect. Participants will exa
 mine how power\, control\, and unhealthy relationship behaviors can impact
  personal well-being\, academic success\, and team dynamics. The session a
 lso provides an overview of intimate partner violence\, warning signs of a
 buse\, bystander intervention strategies\, and resources available for sup
 port. Through discussion and real-world scenarios\, student-athletes will 
 gain practical tools to foster healthy relationships and contribute to a c
 ulture of respect both on and off the field.\nPlease note that all partici
 pants must adhere to our mandatory gymnasium attire and footwear requireme
 nts. Appropriate athletic attire that fully covers the midsection is requi
 red. The following items are not permitted on the gymnasium floor: clothin
 g with exposed zippers\, khakis\, jeans\, Vans\, Converse\, Crocs\, boots\
 , Nike boots\, and any other non-athletic footwear. Only sneakers with non
 -marking soles are permitted on our state-of-the-art gymnasium floor. \n\n
