 partment has partnered with the Radical Hope Foundation to bring the 4- We
 ek Radical Health Program to CCP students this fall. Radical Health empowe
 rs students with practical tools to build resilience\, strengthen emotiona
 l wellness\, manage stress\, identify their personal values\, and develop 
 actionable life skills. Faculty and staff are being invited to become part
  of the referral/connection process. Whether you work directly with studen
 ts in the classroom or support them outside of it\, this session will prov
 ide practical ways to connect students with an additional resource for wel
 lness\, resilience\, and personal growth.
