  • - Recognizing your own triggers in response to the COVID climate, including pre-existing ones
  • - Developing strategies to manage your responses as well your responses to students

Program Description

As we prepare to return to campus, we acknowledge that many things look and feel different. Understanding the relationship between trauma and triggers, particularly in the current COVID climate, requires the ability to manage and develop new responses. This seminar will address trauma and trauma-related triggers both in response to COVID as well as pre-existing. Participants will have the opportunity to develop practical strategies for themselves and their response to students.
