Graduation Application Scheduled Open Dates:
Summer 2024: March 12, 2024 - July 8, 2024 (Early Summer)
Summer 2024: July 9, 2024 - August 26, 2024 (Late Summer)
Graduation Deadlines for Commencement Participation:
April 12, 2024: Deadline to participate in the Commencement Ceremony and receive Printed Digital Name Cards. Blank cards will be provided also.
To apply online
1. Access MyCCP
2. Enter your User Name and Password.
3. Under the Student tab, click on Graduation, then click Apply for Graduation.
4. Complete and submit the application.
5. For multiple programs, separate applications will be required.
Commencement takes place once a year at the conclusion of the Spring semester. However, a student may fulfill graduation requirements at the conclusion of any semester or summer session.
Students enrolled in their last term who meet the graduation requirements should submit an online application on the MyCCP Portal. Separate applications are required for those completing multiple programs of study.
Students who do not meet graduation requirements must submit a new Graduation Application for the next term in which they anticipate graduation.
