Tuition Payment Plan

The College offers a payment plan to break up your tuition payments into five installment payments (three for summer) when you have a balance due of $561 or greater.

Cost to Enroll

Non-refundable $35 fee, plus the first installment payment (additional payments may be required depending on when you enroll).

Plan Availability

Fall, Spring and Summer terms.

What the Plan Covers

Only tuition and fees may be considered; books and the enrollment fee can’t be included. Neither Financial Aid nor Company billing can be included when calculating the payment schedule.

When to Enroll

You must enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan before the due date on your bill.

Late Payments

Once enrolled in the plan, a $20 fee will be assessed for each late payment.

Payment Plan Adjustments

If you withdraw or add a course, your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly. It is your responsibility to check your MyCCP account for any changes to your payment plan. Please note that if your financial aid is not approved, you are still responsible for the payments.

Enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan

You can Enroll in a Payment Plan online and submit your payment electronically (must by logged into MyCCP to enroll).

Spring 2017 Tuition Payment Plan Details

Online enrollment in the Tuition Payment Plan for Spring 2017 will begin on November 7, 2016 and close on February 28, 2017. Please note that you must enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan before the due date on your bill.

Spring 2017 Tuition Payment Plan Schedule and Due Dates

Payment 1 Due at enrollment (20% of tuition and fees plus $35 enrollment fee)
Payment 2 Due January 10, 2017 (after January 3, 2017, 40% to enroll)
Payment 3 Due January 31, 2017 (after January 23, 2017, 60% to enroll)
Payment 4 Due February 21, 2107 (after February 13, 2017, 80% to enroll)
Payment 5 Due March 14, 2017
