High School Equivalency (HSE) Test Preparation Classes

Classes in the College’s High School Equivalency Test Preparation program emphasize the necessary content knowledge and skills to pass the HiSET/GED exams.

Eligibility

Adults at least 18 years of age without a high school diploma or GED and not enrolled in secondary school are eligible for the program.

Program Details

The College offers HiSET/GED preparation classes to help you prepare for the battery of HiSET/GED tests. The classes emphasize reading, writing and/or math skills necessary to pass the HiSET/GED examination using a blended approach that combines face-to-face with online instruction.

Classes Offered

  • HSE Preparation in Reading Comprehension, Writing, and Social Studies
  • HSE Preparation in Science and Mathematics

Cost

There is an $80 fee per course, plust the cost of the textbook. Payment is due after your registration complete, and can be made in person by cash, check, or money order, or online using a credit or debit card (additional fees may apply).
